As Kentucky Proud and Appalachian Proud producers, we are committed to doing things the right way—honoring integrity, tradition, and a profound respect for the land. From our carefully bred Angus herd to every bottle of handcrafted maple syrup, we put our pride into all we create. Quality is not just our standard; it’s our heritage. We are Nick, Karie, and Maggie Atherton, a Vermont-born family blending seven generations of farming heritage with new Kentucky roots. Transitioning from dairy and maple in Vermont to cattle and syrup in Bath County, we cherish bringing the authentic taste of Vermont tradition to the heart of the Bluegrass State.
